By accessing or using PodWizard, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by them.
If you are using PodWizard on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
PodWizard is an AI-powered podcast production platform. Our service includes a 9-step AI pipeline for generating episode packages (scripts, thumbnails, social content, SEO materials), analytics and audience insights, guest booking and sponsorship management, a team collaboration dashboard, and a content calendar.
The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free Starter plan and a paid Creator plan, as described on our pricing page.
The Starter plan is free forever and includes up to 3 episode generations per month. We reserve the right to adjust what is included in the free plan with 30 days' notice.
The Creator plan is billed monthly at $29/mo or annually at $19/mo ($228/yr). A 14-day free trial is included — no credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue.
To cancel: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your account reverts to the free Starter plan at the end of your paid period.
You agree not to use PodWizard to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you bring into PodWizard and to the content PodWizard generates for you — scripts, thumbnails, show notes, social clips, and all other outputs.
By using PodWizard, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
PodWizard's own technology, UI, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
Always review AI-generated content before publishing. PodWizard is a production tool — you are responsible for what you put out into the world.
PodWizard integrates with platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how third-party platforms handle your content once published.
PodWizard is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodWizard's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, your account is used fraudulently, or we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where possible.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if that fails, through binding arbitration.
