Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data PodWizard collects, why we collect it, how we use it,
and the choices you have. Written to be human-readable, not lawyer-readable.
01
Who we are

shows.
02

your show.
- To send relevant emails: account confirmations, billing receipts, product updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models for other companies. Your
episodes are yours.
04
How we share your information
- Service providers: cloud hosting, Stripe (payments), email delivery, and AI inference APIs
— all bound by data processing agreements.

episode data is shared with those platforms.
- Team members: members you invite can see your show's content based on their assigned roles.
- Legal requirements: if required by law or court order, we will disclose and notify you
where permitted.
05
AI-generated content and your data
- Your episode topics are sent to AI APIs (such as Claude by Anthropic) to generate content. This is not
retained by those APIs for training beyond their own policies.
- Your star ratings are stored by PodWizard and used to personalise future generations for your show
specifically.
- We do not use your episode content to train our own or third-party AI models.
Your creative work belongs to you. Content you generate with PodWizard is yours to publish and own — we make
no claim over it.
